Sourdough Discard Crackers

Sourdough discard crackers are a great way to use up that excess starter and make a fun snack.

Ingredients

– Sourdough Discard – All Purpose Flour  – Unsalted Butter  – Fresh Rosemary  – Flaky Sea Salt

Measure Starter

Start off by messing out the sourdough discard.

Make the Dough

Make the dough with flour, grated butter and rosemary. Knead for a few minutes.

Rest and Roll

Rest for 1 hour. Then divide into two and roll into a rectangle.

Roll Thin

Roll the dough as thin as possible. That will give you a crunchier cracker.

Cut

Cut your crackers with a pastry wheel.

Bake

Bake until golden brown.

Serve with a dip or on their own.
