- ¾ Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Lime freshly sqeezed About 1 table spoon
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- ¼ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves Smashed and paper removed
- ½ teaspoon Sesame Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ¼ Cup Water
Optional
- 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek Adds a little kick
Combine all the ingredients into a food processor.
Mix until smooth and creamy. About 1 minute.
Test and add more water until your desired consistency.
Move to an air tight container and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
~ Start off with a ¼ cup of water but then add more until you reach your desired consistency. If using for a wrap keep it a bit thicker. If using for a dipping sauce thin it out a little more.
~ To give the sauce a little bit of a kick add in some sambel oelek. It is a red chili sauce that has great flavor. Siracha could even be used instead, but the simplicity of the sambel oelek adds a nice flavor.
~ For a sweeter taste add a little bit of honey.
