Mango Pineapple Smoothie

This tropical mango pineapple smoothie recipe is full of frozen mangos and tropical flavors. Blended up with pineapple, your favorite milk, and some honey. If you are looking for a light and summery smoothie, this is it.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk or other favorite milk
  • 1.5 Cups Frozen Mangoes See notes
  • ½ Cup Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender in the order listed. Secure the lid tightly.
  • Run for 90 seconds, or use the smoothie setting if your blender has one. It should be smooth with no chunks.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy. 

Notes

Frozen Mango
If your mango chunks are not frozen you can add in about a coup of ice. Just keep in mind this might water it down a tad.

Variations & Substitutions
Creamier Smoothie: If you want a thicker smoothie, consider adding some greek yogurt or a frozen banana.
Protein Smoothie: A scoop of protein powder can easily be added to this smoothie. Consider a vanilla-flavored protein.
Cocktail: Easily turn this smoothie into a fun cocktail with some flavored rum.
Milk: Feel free to use almond or oat milk as well in the smoothie.
Honey: Swap out the honey for a pure maple syrup.
