Quick and easy homemade peanut sauce. Perfect for dipping, spreading, pasta sauce, or right on a salad. Made with few ingredients in just minutes, this sauce will elevate your dish.
Combine all the ingredients into a food processor.
Mix until smooth and creamy. About 1 minute.
Test and add more water until your desired consistency.
Move to an air tight container and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Notes
~ Start off with a ¼ cup of water but then add more until you reach your desired consistency. If using for a wrap keep it a bit thicker. If using for a dipping sauce thin it out a little more. ~ To give the sauce a little bit of a kick add in some sambel oelek. It is a red chili sauce that has great flavor. Siracha could even be used instead, but the simplicity of the sambel oelek adds a nice flavor.~ For a sweeter taste add a little bit of honey.
