Beet and Blueberry Smoothie

Healthy and filling beet and blueberry smoothie. Full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals perfect to start your day or to fuel you through a good workout without sacrificing taste.

  • High Power Blender


  • 8 oz Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Honey Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Small Beet Diced into cubes
  • 1 Frozen Banana


  • Trim off stems, peel and wash your beet.
  • Dice beet into small cubes
  • Add ingredients into your high power blender in the order listed above. If you do not have a high power blender you may have to roast or cook the beet prior to blending in order to get the right consistency.
  • Blend and enjoy
