Baked Pesto Salmon

This baked pesto salmon recipe is great for those busy weeknights. It comes together quickly and uses tons of fresh foods. Easy and healthy!

Ingredients: - 1 Salmon Fillet – Butter – Homemade Pesto Sauce – Sea Salt – Black Pepper – Lemon Juice  Optional – Green Beans or Asparagus

Start with a good salmon fillet

And a good homemade or store bought pesto.

Pour melted butter on the salmon and veggies. 

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice and bake.

Remove from oven and spread on the fresh pesto.

Serve on rice or farro and enjoy! Add more pesto as needed.
