Raspberry Lemon  Dutch Baby


Dutch baby pancakes make the perfect breakfast. Super easy to make and full of eggs and your favorite frozen berries.

A Dutch baby is also known as a German pancake. It's egg based and cooked in a really hot cast iron pan.

What is it?


– All Purpose Flour – Whole Milk – Lemon Zest – Lemon Juice – Kosher Salt – Eggs  – Unsalted Butter  – Frozen Rasperries

Tips and Tricks

1. Get the cast iron super hot!  2. Keep the Clumps. Don't over mix the batter. 3. Pulse in a blender.

Pre Heat Cast Iron

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees with the cast iron pan inside.


Mix Ingredients

Mix together all the ingredients. Do not over mix!


Mix Ingredients

Leave some clumps, it will help with the rise.



Carefully remove the pan from the oven and melt the butter.


Pour in Batter

Pour in the batter and sprinkle on frozen or fresh berries. Bake 20-25 minutes.


Powder Sugar

Optional: Dust with powder sugar and serve with syrup.
