1. Rise the rice.

2. Keep the lid on while cooking.

3. Fluff with a fork when done.

4. Add fresh herbs at the end.

In a pot add the water, coconut milk, sugar and salt.


Bring to a boil until milk is completely incorporated and smooth.


Stir in the rice.


Bring back to a boil, cover with a lid and reduce to a simmer.


Cook until the liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked.


Fluff with a fork and serve warm.
