Ground Beef and Veggie Rice Bowls

These quick and simple ground beef rice bowls can be made in under 30 minutes and are a healthy dinner filled with fresh veggies.

Ingredients

– Olive Oil – Ground Beef – Carrots  –Red Bell Pepper  – Purple Cabbage – Cucumber  – Green Onions For the Sauce – Soy Sauce – Ginger ginger – Fresh Garlic  – Rice Vinegar – Sesame Seed Oil For Serving – Cooked Rice  – Sesame Seeds

Brown Ground Beef

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef in olive oil.

Veggies and Sauce

Mix in the veggies and sauce and stir to coat everything. Cook until slightly tender.

Mix in green onions

Either mix in the cooked rice or serve over the top. .
