Croutons are really simple to make and a great way to use up any leftover bread. Just dice up the bread, drizzle some olive oil, toss with seasoning and bake to perfection.
1. Cut bread the same size. The size doesn't really matter just make sure they are uniform.
2. Flip half way through baking. This will help them bake more evenly.
3. Use olive oil to help the seasoning stick to the bread.
