Lemon Dill Sauce for Salmon


This creamy lemon dill sauce is the perfect companion for baked salmon or chicken. Tangy, fresh and only takes a few minutes to put together.


– Mayonnaise – Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream – Lemon Juice – Fresh Dill Chopped – Sea Salt – Black Pepper – Granulated Sugar

In a small bowl mix the mayo, yogurt, salt, pepper and sugar.

Step 01:

Add lemon juice and chopped up dill.

Step 02:

If there is time, chill for about 2 hours.

Step 03:

Serve on a piece of grilled or baked salmon.

Step 04:


Will keep in the refrigerator up to a week.  Does not freeze well.
