Sourdough Starter Breakfast Bites

These breakfast bites are a great way to use the extra starter. Full of eggs, veggies and cheese.

Ingredients

– Sourdough Starter  – Eggs – Whole Milk – Red Bell Pepper  – Mushrooms  – Baby Spinach  – Parsley – Oregano – Fine Sea Salt – Onion Powder – Garlic Powder – Grated Cheddar Cheese

Eggs and Milk

Whisk eggs and milk together.

Starter Mix

In a separate bowl mix the starter, veggies and spices.

Fold in Eggs

Fold the eggs into the starter mix.

Divide

Divide into a muffin tin and top with the cheese.

Bake

Bake at 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Enjoy

Store in the refrigerator or freeze for later.
