Sourdough Discard Pancakes

Sourdough discard pancakes are so easy to make and don't require the batter to sit overnight. These pancakes are soft, fluffy, and have that wonderful sourdough flavor.

Tips to Make Fluffy Pancakes

1. Do not overmix! Lumps are a good thing.

2. Let the batter rest for a few minutes.

3. Only flip once.
