Pancakes made with Sourdough Discard

Tips to Make Fluffy Pancakes

1. Do not overmix! Lumps are a good thing.

2. Let the batter rest for a few minutes.

3. Only flip once.

– Sourdough  Discard – Milk – Honey – All-Purpose Flour – Salt – Baking Powder – Baking Soda – Egg – Butter for Skillet

What You Will Need

Mix all the ingredients together starting with the wet ingredients then adding in the dry.

Be careful not to overmix!

Warm up the griddle or pan and spread butter.

Pour about a cup of batter on the hot griddle and allow to cook until you see tons of little bubbles.

Flip and cook the other side.

Serve blueberries and pure maple syrup.
