Thai Chicken Wraps

Super simple, healthy, and filling Thai Chicken Wraps made with chicken, bell peppers, carrots, spinach, and rice noodles. Then smothered in a homemade peanut sauce. Prep once to have lunch for the week.

What Can I Put in the Wrap?

Chicken

Peppers

Cucumbers

Spinach

Cabbage

Vermicelli Noodles

Peanut Sauce

Carrots

Prep everything first: Cook and cut the chicken Cut the veggies Boil the noodles

First step is to spread on the peanut sauce.

And then pile on the noodles, veggies and chicken.

Fold the corners on the wrap.

And then fold over the long end, tucking the sides in.

Then roll like a burrito.
