Easy Hard Boiled Eggs

Want to make hard boiled eggs that are so easy to peel and come out perfectly cooked every time?  Look no further. Keep reading to get my favorite way to hard boil eggs.

Easy to peel eggs:

Used older eggs. Fresh eggs are harder to peel

Tips and Tricks:

Start with cold water.

Plunge in ice water after boiling.

Peel under running water to peel.

Place eggs in the bottom of a pot and fill the water about 1" above the eggs. Bring to a rolling boil.

Once boiling, cove the pot with a lid and turn the burner off. Yes, completely off.

Set a timer for 12 minutes.

When the timer goes off, remove the eggs and immediately add them to a bowl of ice water.

Allow to cool then peel under running water.
