Veggie and Beef Rice Bowls

Reason to Love These Rice Bowls:

– Olive Oil – Ground Beef – Carrots – Red Bell Pepper  – Purple Cabbage – Cucumber – Green Onions Sauce – Soy Sauce – Fresh Ginger  – Fresh Garlic  – Rice Vinegar – Sesame Seed Oil

What You Will Need

Cook rice according to package directions.

In a large skillet cook the beef in olive oil. Drain the excess grease.

Add in the carrots, peppers and cabbage and sauté to your desired tenderness.

Pour in the sauce and toss to coat. Add in the green onions.

Serve the veggie and beef mix over the cooked rice.
