Homemade Yum Yum Hibachi Sauce

Hibachi style Yum Yum dipping sauce you can make right at home. Lather on any stir-fry, fried rice, or veggie dish. This sauce is so simple to put together, calls for simple pantry items, and can last a week in the refrigerator. You will fall in love with making your own homemade yum yum sauce.

Ingredients – Mayonnaise – Ketchup – Melted Butter – Sugar – Salt – Garlic Powder – Onion Powder – Paprika – Cayenne Pepper – Water – Optional: Your favorite hot sauce

Step 1:  Start off by mixing the mayo, ketchup, and butter.

Step 2:  Then add in the sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cayenne.

Step 3:  Whisk it all together really well.

Step 3:  Give it a taste and add in your favorite hot sauce to desired spiciness.

Step 4:  Add in the water and mix well. This helps thin the sauce out so it can be drizzled on your dish.

Step 5:  Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours up to over night. This sauce is always better the second day.
