Oven Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan


Oven-roasted asparagus with parmesan cheese is the perfect side dish that is both elegant and simple. Tossed in olive oil, then sprinkled with salt, pepper, and parmesan finally finished off with some fresh lemon to brighten all the flavors.


Ingredients –  Asparagus  – Olive Oil – Kosher Salt – Black Pepper – Parmesan Cheese  – Fresh Lemon Juice


Preheat Oven to 350 and wash asparagus.

Step 1: 

Snap off woody ends.

Step 2:  

Place on a foil lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 3:  

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to evenly coat.

Step 4:  

Top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes

Step 6:  

Remove from oven and top with fresh lemon juice.
