Do not over mix.

Make a tin foil tent over the loaf if the top starts to burn.

– AP Flour  – Baking Soda – Salt – Cinnamon – Unsalted Butter  – Sugar – Full Fat Yogurt – Discard – Vanilla Extract – Eggs – Bananas

What You Will Need

Cream together the sugar and the butter until soft and fluffy.

Mix in the starter, yogurt and vanilla.

Mix in the eggs just until combined.

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas.

Fold bananas into the wet ingredient mix.

In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients.

Gently fold those into the wet ingredients just until combined.

Pour into a loaf pan and even out the batter.

Bake until golden brown and a tooth pick comes out clean.

Serve with soft butter and honey.
