Salmon with Fresh Pesto

– Made in under 30 minutes – Uses fresh pesto! – Fresh ingredients – Moist and flakey salmon –Goes great with rice, farro or potatoes

For the Asparagus –  Asparagus  –Olive Oil – Sea Salt – Black Pepper For the Salmon – Salmon Fillet – Olive Oil – Lemon Juice – Sea Salt – Black Pepper – Pesto Sauce 

What You Will Need

Toss the asparagus in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add the salmon and brush with olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle some lemon juice.

Add cherry tomatoes and bake until the fish is 145 degrees and flaky

Small filets will cook in 12-15 minutes where larger will be 20-25.

Add the pesto and enjoy warm!
