Sourdough Starter All Purpose Flour Filtered Water Salt

Add Starter to a glass bowl


Mix in flour, salt and water until it forms a wet dough.


Perform stretch and folds every hour.


This helps strengthen the gluten which will help it rise. 

Chill in the refrigerator 12-24 hours.


Remove from fridge, shape the dough and proof in a basket.
