Fresh Seafood Recipes
My family is not picky when it comes to seafood. Salmon, tuna, crab, shrimp, clams you name it, we love it! We also love catching and harvesting it as well. Fresh Dungeness crab, razor clams and salmon are the top things we fish for every year in the Pacific Northwest waters.
Some ways we like to use our catch are in dips like a hot and cheesy crab dip, or smoked salmon dip. In the winter it's all about chowder with this pacific razor clam chowder or a smoked salmon chowder. For a lighter meal this simple steamed salmon with fresh herbs is a great dinner that can be made in 20 minutes.
